Most of My wedding planning services begin with a No Obligation consultation (ideally over coffee and cake), whereby I can begin to find out more about you and your partner. I love to know little details, like how the proposal went? what makes you really laugh? what do you love doing together? It’s these personal little touches that will start to shape your bespoke design ideas.

We’ll explore the thoughts or plans you already have, and begin to identify specific requirements you may wish to receive my help and advice with, to determine which of my services best suits you. From there, I can present you with a bespoke quotation, and begin your wedding planning journey.

Following my proposal, the exciting process of planning and styling together can commence. You can relax and enjoy engaged life with loved ones, rest assured that every aspect of your special day is being professionally fulfilled to meet all of your requirements.

Provided within this package, is an initial meeting, ideally over coffee and cake, by which time you will hopefully know roughly what you can afford to spend on your big day.

Following our meeting, you'll receive your personalised budget tracker for all aspects of your day. With this you can now confidently source suppliers knowing you're within budget. We identify your priorities as a couple, and calculate your bespoke allowances per category, so that your day remains a reflection of you and your partner, as opposed to a generic tracker found online.
You will also receive a timeline calendar for key bookings you need to be making, and we'll begin to create a vision board so that your ideas can start to flow, and your day starts to take some shape.

Choose a venue that aligns with your vision, and suppliers who can compliment your style
Often the hardest decision to make when planning your wedding is choosing the Venue and Location. Maybe you don't have time to be researching several venues for their availability, costs and capacity, or have little idea of the questions to be asking when you view. You're possibly marrying in an area that you have chosen based on family locations and know little about the options.
On the other hand, you have booked your venue but would like to see alternatives to their recommended suppliers, and don't know who to turn to for getting the best within your budget? I can source the industries most talented suppliers for you, allowing you to maintain fully in control of your wedding planning. You will receive a detailed document to select the Supplier or Venue you most relate to, and continue your journey from there. (min. 2 Suppliers Required).

Throughout my comprehensive service, I will source a dream team of suppliers for you, and carry out the all important wedmin tasks. I will assist with your budget management, plan logistics and schedules for all suppliers involved in the set up , and on the day itself I am there to ensure everything runs as smoothly as planned. From bridal prep and styling, to supplier management and guest organisation.
Included in the full planning service from Wedding Care, is not only the Congratulations Welcome Gift and The
Luxurious Spa Day For 2, but also regular updates and progress checks for your peace of mind. You can switch off and relax over the coming months, ready to enjoy every second of your amazing day.

Time to wind down and enjoy your wedding
This option is perfect for couples who have done the majority of planning themselves, but have reached the stage of getting ready to handover the remaining jobs, and would like someone to guide and assist with the final stages.
It is designed to offer you some expert bespoke guidance, whether it’s suppliers you can’t source or negotiate with, arranging transportation on the day for guests, finalising the seating plan, or simply advice and support from a friendly and supportive professional to calm your nerves.
Sometimes a fresh pair of wedding industry eyes can make all the difference in creating the wedding of your dreams.

You have hopefully loved planning every step of your wedding day, but as the date draws closer I truly believe you should be able to relax, and fully enjoy your months of hard work without worrying about timings and suppliers arrival.
No matter how perfect you plans look on paper, the day can be a whole other story due to circumstances beyond your control. I believe the last thing you should be thinking about is anything other than enjoying your memorable occasion.

Lets meet for a coffee around 6 weeks prior to your Wedding day and you can hand over every little detail for me to coordinate. I will contact all of your booked suppliers, and confirm their schedules and logistics for the big day. The week of the wedding we will schedule a last minute catch up, so that you can switch off and enjoy the buildup., and on the day I will be on site for 10 hours to oversee all co-ordination.

I understand how overwhelming planning a wedding can be when faced with this enormous occasion, and I equally respect that many couples would like to plan their own weddings with it being such a special life event, and sometimes quite a personal challenge. If you are this couple, my Coffee and Catch Up package could be the friendly professional boost and guidance you are looking for.
You absolutely remain your own wedding planner, however we will have 3-4 meetings throughout your year, even plan more regular check in’s if you like, to ensure you haven’t missed anything and identify fine details we could introduce to create finishing touches. It could be preparing a “to do” list for the forthcoming months, getting your budget back on track when you got over excited, or even recommending a specific supplier to you to suit your stylish occasion when you’re out of ideas.
